Venice, California, 2021. A psychedelic co-living space for LA newcomers.
With a modest budget, we revitalized a 900-square-foot bungalow on a neglected Venice street using paint, plants, and repurposed objects. Over three years, this space housed ten young professionals. Its bold colors and eclectic collectibles fostered a sense of warmth among diverse residents. The standout feature was the sidewalk garden, wrapped in lush vines and flowers, which became a central gathering spot for the micro-community of Sunset Park, Venice.
