Rebranding a 90s American RV park into an airstream and glamping experience for the rugged nomad.
We were tasked with revitalizing the Malibu RV Park, a campsite along Pacific Coast Highway with views from every spot. Lauren developed a rebrand to create a more communal ambiance by incorporating amenities like contrast therapy, live fire cooking, and a highly curated provisions shop, reflecting broader trends in Los Angeles. Her straightforward approach enabled the on-site team to quickly and cost-effectively breathe new life into the property: updating paint and signage, introducing drought-tolerant landscaping to create subtle, private areas, and specifying dynamic programming to attract a local crowd and energize the space. The simplicity of her strategy allowed the client to complete the turnaround in under six months. With full occupancy achieved three months after reopening, it is now a highly desirable retreat for dreamers seeking adventure.
